Clockware announces
its seventh major release in eight years, adding enhancements
to its enterprise timesheet software, time tracking,
leave and exception time tracking and other key timesheet
system features. Version 4.4 significantly increases
the application? features and functionality providing
expanded customization of all areas of its systems,
including work items, users, and groups. This includes
important timesheet styles enhancements for tracking
time and attendance, call center activites, and other
hourly activities. In addition, group timesheet enhancements
for the construction and other manufacturing industries
will greatly simplify time entry for timekeepers and
supervisors.

Clockware announces an expansion
the the Clockware Development Centers in Portland, Oregon and Beijing,
China. The Company's J2EE development is prompting the need to scale its
software engineering operations significantly in 2004. Plans for the new
year include enhanced support for J2EE-compliant middleware, additional
operating system support, enhanced database support, the completion enhanced
XML integration utilities and a Unicode to support a localization of all
Clockware applications.

Clockware announces an agreement
with Novell to distribute Clockware's leading time and work tracking software
(Tock) with Novell's Netware operating system software. Clockware is the
only time and work tracking software provider to support Novell Netware
6.5 and run on the Novell exteNd application server which is shipped with
Netware 6.5. Clockware's application also supports the MYSQL database
which comes with Netware.
Clockware releases Version 4.3 (December
9, 2003)
Clockware announces 4.3, an update to Version 4. Version 4.3 allows
for international number, time and date support, multicurrency support,
multiple approval levels, user timesheet enhancements, and MS Project
integration enhancements. The application can now be installed on any
major operating system and supports all J2EE-compliant application servers.
Users can now update their contact information from a timesheet, and customize
their regional time, number and date format settings.
Clockware releases Version 4.2

Clockware announces 4.2, an update to Version 4. Version 4.2 allows
for the import of historical timesheet data, complex flex time and comp
time rules, more extensive configuration of independent work attributes,
and the tracking and computation of quantitative measures associated with
various projects or tasks. An additional 40 payroll systems will now be
supported for payroll integration and accruals. Self-service HR features
provide feedback to Users on their available leave balances and other
utilization or productivity measures.

a user of BEA Systems leading Web Logic application server technology,
Clockware, the only J2EE-compliant web-based time tracking software provider,
