Expense Tracking System - Tock 4.5 is integrated with expense tracking system to track down the expense track, record and calculate individual employees expenses (on travel, food etc). Categories of Expenses can be added whenever desired like air, food, travel, etc.
Expense report Reports for expenses can be generated for individual users as well as groups. The expense details can be viewed status wise as desired by the user.
Expense Import/Export There is option for importing expenses to the system without taking the pain of manually entering the details. Even expense details can be exported from the system
Accruals engine The accrual system enables automatic updation of user balances depending upon the user leaves and various other factors. Business rules can be defined for users and applied through this engine Business rules are set up depending upon user groups, user roles and length of employment in the organization.
Look and Feel The overall look and feel of the application is enhanced to provide a better environment for working. There have been changes in background color and icons for an exquisite appearance.
Technological Upgradation The application is technologically upgraded to work in latest environments.

Clockware announces free expanded timesheet training for system adminstrators and end users of its leading web-based timesheet software. Part of this training solution is a new training-on-demand service which allows user to take audio-video trainings through a browser anywhere any time. Novell and Clockware Sign Agreement to Package TOCK with NetWare (December 16, 2003)
Clockware announces an agreement with Novell to distribute Clockware's leading time and work tracking software (Tock) with Novell's Netware operating system software. Clockware is the only time and work tracking software provider to support Novell Netware 6.5 and run on the Novell exteNd application server which is shipped with Netware 6.5. Clockware's application also supports the MYSQL database which comes with Netware.
Clockware releases Version 4.3 (December 9, 2003)
Clockware announces 4.3, an update to Version 4. Version 4.3 allows for international number, time and date support, multicurrency support, multiple approval levels, user timesheet enhancements, and MS Project integration enhancements. The application can now be installed on any major operating system and supports all J2EE-compliant application servers. Users can now update their contact information from a timesheet, and customize their regional time, number and date format settings.
Clockware releases Version 4.2 (March 30, 2003)
Clockware announces 4.2, an update to Version 4. Version 4.2 allows for the import of historical timesheet data, complex flex time and comp time rules, more extensive configuration of independent work attributes, and the tracking and computation of quantitative measures associated with various projects or tasks. An additional 40 payroll systems will now be supported for payroll integration and accruals. Self-service HR features provide feedback to Users on their available leave balances and other utilization or productivity measures.
